The Academic team of Ananda Vidyalaya is ably headed by the Principal, Headmistress, Academic Coordinators and teachers of the student community towards a growth which is complete and competitive in nature.  Ananda Vidyalaya firmly believes that teachers are assets of any Educational Institution and they should be perfect role models to emulate for their students.  The school has a team of 44 teachers and 17 non-teaching staff members who maintain a cordial relationship with the parents and public. The school faculty is given reorientation training for a fortnight during summer vacation prior to the start of the school session.

The non-teaching staffs are an integral part of the entire working system at this institution.  It is always the blend and challenge of the thought process of the teaching and the non-teaching staff which promotes the students to achieve and be successful.
